F&M Ingegneria France, founded in 2018, is the French subsidiary of the Italian multidisciplinary engineering firm F&M Ingegneria, operating internationally on various prestigious projects.
Starting from 2017 and until its reopening in June 2021, F&M worked on the project of the Grand Magasin La Samaritaine as a multidisciplinary consultant for the tenant of the DFS store (LVMH group) for the reconstruction and renovation of the Grand Magasin, providing a commercial area of 25,000 square meters.
The F&M France team now consists of French and Italian architects and engineers. They are dedicated to project design and management, as well as site management, acting as the executing engineering firm, assisting in project management, and overseeing work coordination. F&M France is involved in large-scale projects, for instance, with prominent brands such as Dolce&Gabbana, contributing to the realization of their Flagship store on Avenue Montaigne and their first space dedicated to Haute Couture in France, as well as coordinating construction work for the New National Museum of the Navy at Place du Trocadéro.
The team is led by Federico Zaggia, one of the partners of F&M Ingegneria, and Juliette Louis, an experienced Franco-Italian engineer in managing complex projects, both constantly supported not only by the local team but also by the multidisciplinary engineers at the parent company in Italy.
